Atelier fé ships artworks from the Netherlands.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed with care. Processing times may vary depending on whether you purchase an existing artwork or a customised artwork.

If an artwork is made specifically for you, the expected production and shipping time will be communicated separately or stated on the relevant product page.

Shipping methods
Orders may be shipped using PostNL, DHL.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are shown during checkout before payment.

Track & Trace
Where available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Any stated delivery times are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact team@atelierfe.nl as soon as possible.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel or artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the artwork and contact us at team@atelierfe.nl as soon as possible.

International orders
International shipments may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Where applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.
